| Reservation Policy: |
- Deposit of $200.00 usd is required to guarantee your room reservations.
- All Bookings must be paid in Full 30 day’s prior Arrival date.
- From May 01 to Dec 27: Cancellations and “No Shows with less than 30 days notice is a one (1) night penalty.
- From Dec 28 to Apr 30, Cancellations and “No Shows with less than 30 days notice is is two (2) nights penalty.
- Cancellations with more than 30 days notice incur $80 USD processing fee.
